Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
concur message on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 338(STA) am H "An                                          
Act relating to actionable claims against state employees; and                                      
providing for an effective date" which had been held on the Secretary's                             
desk (page 3574) be taken up at this time. Without objection, it was so                             
ordered.

amendment and recommended the body vote no.
